Exercise shouldn’t feel like a chore. Your relationship with movement should be a positive, joyful and flexible one. When we enjoy movement, we are far more likely to sustain these behaviours!

In this introductory session we explain the secret to discovering movement you enjoy. Then you are free to explore all the different movement sessions we have on offer.

Approach these with curiosity and no self-judgement. Perhaps try something new. In each session our instructor Bex will guide you through how you adapt the movement to suit where you now and how you can progress.

We encourage you to watch the Key Body Weight Movements and technique videos first, to ensure you know how to move safely.

No fancy Lycra required! Just comfortable clothing and supportive trainers when required.
