Reframe Club

Weekly Live Intuitive Eating coaching with Co-Founder Rose White in a confidential, warm, and welcoming group environment.

  • You will learn how to break the diet-restrict cycle and end yo-yo dieting.
  • Learn how to nourish your body and support your day to day eating habits to feel more energised, sleep better, and have more stamina. Without falling back into dieting.
  • Discover how to decode food cravings, honour your hunger and overcome emotional and erratic eating behaviours without feelings of guilt or failure
  • Learn tools and strategies to quiet diet voices, and develop a compassionate and trusting relationship with food and your body.
  • Cultivate a more positive relationship with your body and movement
  • Learn how to approach your wellbeing from a place of self-care rather than self-punishment. Discover practical tools to help support stress management, asserting boundaries, and emotional wellbeing.
The programme runs from February 22nd-April 26th, 2021
Each week will consist of a 90 min live coaching call and follow up optional homework. All calls and course activities take place online from 6.30-8pm (GMT).


What to expect

£200 for full 10 weeks coaching, 12 months Reframe Club membership, all supporting materials, and unlimited email support for the duration of the programme.
